Despite the narrative, small landlords ARE NOT leaving the market "in their droves". Institutions (who pay little to no tax) have increased a lot. Thanks to a tax exemption brought in by Fine Gael & Labour in 2013. Isn't it time that they pay the same taxes as the rest of us?

@kcshowcork Yeah! Played both days with Cartoon in the dance arena. One of the lads in the band bought this tshirt and sent it on to us last night. It rained just before we played on Saturday and the arena filled up w people...great buzz.
