Alumni update: former @CCCSDtandf runner Anna Kostarellis, competing for Asics, completed her first half marathon Sunday in Houston. She finished in the Top-20 American women, averaging 5:25/mile for 13+ miles. Ready for a fast 2025! 🔥 @CCCSDathletics @CCCSDtweets

Congrats to @CCCSDtandf senior Max T. At RIT today he broke his own school record in the weight throw by over 5 feet! His record toss of 56'6" is ranked in the top 5 currently in Section V. @CCCSDathletics @cccsdt

CCXC distance runners competed well in the 1,600 & 1,500 today. Rahlin & Emmett led the way, running 4:40.1 & 4:56.2 respectively. Rahlin placed 1st overall. 🔥 @CCCSDtandf @CCCSDathletics @cccsdt

The CCXC Girls ran really well today. They finished 5th overall as a team in Class A and Aubrey & Hannah both placed in the top 10 individuals, behind some of the best runners in the state. @CCCSDathletics @CCCSDtweets @CCCSDtandf

There were over 36 schools at the Alden Bulldog XC Invitational this weekend. The CCXC Girls placed 7th in the Gold race & the boys placed 1st overall! 🏆 The teams now get ready for the Monroe County Championship on 10/26. @CCCSDathletics @CCCSDtweets
