Update #1, 23 June 2026 Here is our first update and an overview of our master plan. We are kicking things off by putting our live club events into action. We have been working intensively on the detailed concept since February of last year, and it is now ready for implementation. While the initial idea and rough concept existed back when we launched in early 2019, the nuclear winter of 2020 hit globally, and things took a completely different turn. Now, however, we are hitting the ground running. We will start with several local pilot events (in Munich, Germany) to further refine the details based on real-world experience. After that, the focus will shift to optimization, standardization, documentation, and the rollout. We are aiming to hold the first pilot events before the end of the year. There are currently many matters to resolve, such as securing venues, finalizing calculations and financing, booking bands, setting up ticketing, and lining up strategic partners and sponsors. In future updates, we’ll share more details about exactly what this will look like and our goals. Do you have questions or input? We are currently in the financing phase. We cannot shoulder the financial burden of these next steps entirely on our own. Furthermore, we are therefore considering various options, such as strategic partners and sponsorships (e.g., with global beverage brands) or a Founding Members program. We have received inquiries regarding equity stakes in our brand for quite some time, but we remain cautious; maintaining our decision-making freedom and independence is paramount. No soul-selling.
