Explained simply. Birthright citizenship NEVER meant citizenship for the children of illegal immigrants. You are either a “subject” of jurisdiction of the United States or you are not a “subject.” If you aren’t a citizen, neither are your children. They are also foreign citizens and have no Constitutional rights.

The Fourteenth Amendment is clear. Four words decide everything: Subject to the jurisdiction. Illegal aliens owe no allegiance to the United States. They fall outside the jurisdiction. History confirms it. Congress had to pass a separate statute to grant birthright citizenship to American Indians. They weren't subject to jurisdiction either. So ask the simple question. If American Indians didn't get automatic birthright citizenship, how do the children of illegal aliens? They don't. The Supreme Court follows the plain text, or it doesn't. Easy ruling. No excuses. It’s exactly the opposite now. There is so much evidence against the real criminals that it takes time to build an airtight case.

Three things we learned today as we inch toward accountability in America: 1. Kash Patel had 2 years of his phone records and emails taken by Biden’s FBI. This included text messages. 2. Fourteen members of Congress were targeted in just one meeting with Jack Smith and the prosecutors. “A fishing expedition” to find dirt on the opposition candidate. 3. Chuck Grassley thinks Jack Smith might have perjured himself in front of Congress. Jack Smith said he barely relied on the evidence produced by the J6 committee, but today emails were released showing they were going page by page through all of it. They relied deeply on it. Look for Grassley to refer him to the DOJ. “The man twice elected by the United States people to be their president, was under constant FBI scrutiny for 10 consecutive years, and many many people are swept up in it.” @jsolomonReports
