Last week the Board of Supervisors unveiled the Robert “Bob” Crowell Board Room in memory and tribute to the former Mayor of Carson City, previously known as the Sierra Room, it is fitting to name the room Robert “Bob” Crowell, a room where he dedicated 12 years of service.

May is Historic Preservation and Archaeological Awareness month. The Carson City Historic Resource Commission is pleased to host the 11th Annual Scavenger Hunt, an activity that sends participants on a quest through Carson City’s historic west side carson.org/hunt.
