Ishikawa use to work with Image Epoch she wrote sub-dialogue for 7th Dragon and was the lead writer for 7th 2002.
Nasu seeing her work invited her to be the sub writer for Fate Extra CCC because he liked her writing. She wrote Ch. 4 and 5 (1/2)

New funfact for people, do you remember this game? It had a story mode that was 5 hours long. Did you know the Story Director was Naoki Yoshida? He also proposed a lot of online MMO titles that got rejected which led him to leaving Hudson and joining Enix! #ffxivfunfacts

Afterwards Shinno (Ex-Director of Epoch) was brought on by Square-Enix to help reboot FFXIV He recommended her to the XIV team as he knew her work. Later, one of Square's employees realized she departed from Epoch and directly introduced her to Yoshida and thats how she joined!
