I moved back to Amsterdam after 8 months of living in Barcelona, all my belongings are in the luggage that @vueling lost 3 weeks ago. @Consumentenbond What can victims of organisations like these do to get back their belongings? Please help.

@vueling lost my luggage more than two weeks ago. Still no news or information at all. I hope they are on it. I am starting to lose patience. Everything I own is in there. They say they are looking but I am starting to lose trust. I was on flight VY8021 from BCN to AMS on 31/07.

Another day without my luggage that @vueling lost. In my last post they asked for my mobile phone number which I sent to them yesterday already and no response. How can I get back what is mine?

@vuelingcare Your processes push me in circles and your people don’t care about this situation. The only response I have received from @vueling is now because you forced me to put my situation on a public platform. And the only response you give here is also: ‘we are working on your problem’.

@vueling Have been checking update everyday for 15 days already. Nothing. When I click on ‘make a claim’ on your website I get referred to a chatbot that does not give me the actual option to make a claim, just leads me back. That is false leading. I want back what is mine. @vueling
