I've also opted out of hardcore Twitter. I'm keeping my account open so I can use some tools to pull Tweets from people I follow who are staying and to connect with them. I'm moving to LinkedIn for daily conversations and shares: linkedin.com/in/charliegilk…

@mvarghoose Thanks for sharing this! This episode is in my queue to listen to -- I love hearing how people are adapting on (and usually improving) my ideas.

@justjeffcrosby What I see is that it *did* sink in the first time, at least conceptually. The 5 Projects Rule requires continual practice. We say Yes to more than we can do and don't finish/wrap up projects as quickly as we think we will. (Yep, me too.) Prune, closeout, celebrate. Get it.

I think it’s time for me to read @CharlieGilkey book Start Finishing again. Feels like I have too much going on at once. Time to finish up some stuff. Maybe it didn’t really sink in the first time.

@kendrarockslife Thanks so much for sharing this. Staying in alignment is simple in concept and hard in practice. You're doing a great job with it.

My business coach Charlie @CharlieGilkey has a lot of powerful skills, but the most important one is this: He helps me stay in alignment with my true long-term goals and priorities when the rest of the world is busy trying to distract me from them. 😂

@caelanhuntress Yes AND curation often entails altering previous pieces, even in small ways. Small example: backlinking to previously published posts is a common practice. Far less common is *forward-linking* from the previous post. The latter curative practice is powerful and underrated.

@CharlieGilkey I like it! But it also seems like Curate is a variation on step 1) Collect. Starting the cycle over again.

What's the biggest gap for you after conducting customer research? Is it: • Extracting actionable insights? • Applying / educating the team about the insights? • Executing on the ideas from the insights? • Prioritizing ideas once you get them? 🤔
