RUNAWAY JUVENILE We’re searching for 16 y/o Delilah White who was last seen in the area of Chatham Parkway and Ogeechee Rd. She’s 5’2”, 100 lbs with black and gray hair. She’s possibly wearing black pants and a black shirt. Call police with information.

This is the part of police work that is often forgotten — the quick turnaround and return to duty even after the most difficult of nights and heroic of moments. But, it is the reality of first responders in all fields.

Just 13 hours after catching two children dropped to safety by their mother from a burning apartment building, Officer Thomas Velte and Officer Brandon Lowe are back on duty tonight with the rest of our B Watch.

APARTMENT UPDATE: CCFD tells us that the fire is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal and that they will be the ones releasing any additional information.

CCFD is the lead agency for this event, and additional information and updates will be released by them.

This was all happening as the Chatham County Fire Department (CCFD) was arriving on the scene. CCFD reports that a total of five people were rescued by CCPD and CCFD, and that two children were transported to the hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation.

This morning around 4 a.m., Chatham County Police Department officers were the first on scene after fire broke out at the Georgetown Oaks Apartments on King George Boulevard.

This evening we responded to what appears to be an accidental discharge of a firearm at the McDonald’s on Gateway Blvd. Two people transported with non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is continuing.

We are searching for 13 year old missing runaway Tim Smalls who was last seen yesterday. He is 86lbs, 5'0”, has brown eyes, and a low haircut. Anyone with information should call police.

MISSING RUNAWAY Chamani Warthaw was last seen in the St. George Blvd. area around 10:30 pm on April 6, 2026. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, pink pants, and black shoes. She is 5’1”, 100 lbs. and frequents the Sandfly area. Anyone with information should call police.

MISSING RUNAWAY We are searching for 16 y/o Adrianna Binns who was last seen April 3, 2026, around 8 pm. She was last seen wearing jean shorts and a black top, with a pink and white purse and a suitcase. Call police with information.
