I think Palmer should have done the surgery last year. Delaying it only made him worse.
Cos Chelsea has obviously been playing better without him on the pitch. And once he's on the pitch, he looks like a shadow of who we are used to.
I hope he does well in the World Cup.
@Baatundae How will he do well when he’s running at half speed? His selfishness caused this. He should’ve had the groin surgery in August or September last year but opted to let it ‘heal’ naturally because he was concerned about his WC spot.
@Samestimi@losjordanian@FabrizioRomano@DanjumaJonatha2 Thats my point. Rotating has Not prevented injuries and the injuries have affected the team’s overall performances over time. The issue in England has more to do with the high intensity of their league and less about failure to rotate.
🚨 BREAKING: Xavi Simons has torn his ACL and will be out for the rest of the season with Tottenham.
Xavi will be back to action in 2027.
Get well soon ❤️🩹🇳🇱
@virAAt_kohli18@FabrizioRomano Which de zerbi high press? You didn’t watch the wolves game. It’s an unfortunate game injury that had nothing to do with a high press.
ACL in 2026 at Spurs 😂
Xavi Simons joined the injury factory and got sacrificed on the altar of De Zerbi’s suicidal high press.
Premier League isn’t football anymore, it’s a demolition derby where talent dies for clicks and TV money.
Another promising Dutch kid ruined while oil clubs buy their way out of it. Koeman crying rn, Netherlands WC cooked.
Tottenham tax strikes again 🪦 Who’s next?

@CFCPys Overall we played well and should’ve been more comfortable had Pedro scored early second half. The key was to be focused and disciplined unlike at the bridge where we threw away 2-0 second half lead.
We’re unfortunately very weak mentally, one thing happens and it affects the rest of our performance, so that Stach shot at the start of the half, we never ever recovered from it, Leeds start to the second half took all our confidence and ever since we’ve been hanging on by a thread.
🚨💙 Chelsea fans with chants for Enzo Fernández after the Argentine becomes the match winner to reach the FA Cup final.
First goal since his return into squad after the two-games ‘suspension’.
@0xismosis@ChelseaFC I disagree. If Pedro scores early in the second half the game is blown open. Otherwise the main key was not to be disciplined & not make silly errors like we did against them at the bridge after going up 2-0.
