One frustrating thing about Graham Ashcraft is how often he puts the leadoff guy on. Opposing leadoff hitters had a batting average of .315 against Ashcraft last season. This spring, leadoff hitters have reached in 5/7 appearances. That has to be a concern, no? #Reds

One thing Eugenio Suarez has done will in the WBC is work long ABs and full counts. He worked another long AB and provided the go ahead RBI-Double for Venezuela in the Championship. Can’t wait to watch him in #Reds gear once again.

Some Adds Regarding Nicolas 🔴 Nicolas ranks in the 93rd percentile in fastball VELO 🔴 Nicolas has a 29.4 whiff % (MLB average is 24-26%) 🔴 ERA dropped following last season and FIP was under 4.00. I think this is a good, possible high reward pickup that could benefit. #Reds
