"प्रकृति की हत्यारी भाजपा" एक पेड़ मां के नाम, तो माताओं की हत्या क्यों? @narendramodi @DEFCCOfficial @NEAsg @nature_org भाजपा की सरकार जहां-जहां भी है वहां प्रकृति की बेरहमी से हत्या करने में लगी हुई है चाहे वह उत्तराखंड हो चाहे हरियाणा हो या राजस्थान, सूची बहुत लंबी है। ये मामला है जम्मू का जहां राइका के लिए @ClimateFrontJMU @ClimateFrontIND @ClimateFrontHyd @climatefrontViz संगठन आवाज़ बुलंद कर रहा है। जम्मू के लोगों ने इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए साफ़-साफ़ मना किया है। संगठन ने शांति से प्रोटेस्ट किया, सवाल उठाए, ट्रांसपेरेंसी मांगी फिर भी काम शुरू हो गया है। फेंसिंग टेंडर में साफ़-साफ़ लिखा था कि पेड़ काटना अलाउड नहीं है। तो फिर भी पेड़ क्यों काटे जा रहे हैं? किसने परमिशन दी? कौन ज़िम्मेदार है? क्या पब्लिक कंसल्टेशन सिर्फ़ एक फ़ॉर्मैलिटी है? क्या एनवायरनमेंटल क्लियरेंस सिर्फ़ पेपरवर्क है? या अब डेवलपमेंट का मतलब लोगों की आवाज़ को नज़रअंदाज़ करना और चुपचाप प्रकृति की बलि देना है? यह तो वही बात हो गई "विकास के नाम पर विनाश" बार-बार नए हाई कोर्ट बिल्डिंग की ज़रूरत क्यों है, जब जम्मू-कश्मीर और लद्दाख हाई कोर्ट के तहत मौजूदा सिस्टम पहले से ही काम कर रहा है? हर 20 साल में नेचर को कंक्रीट एक्सपेंशन की कीमत क्यों चुकानी पड़ती है? राइका कोई खाली ज़मीन नहीं है। यह बायोडायवर्सिटी है। ये वही सरकार है जो बार बार डेमोग्राफी बदलने की बात करती है और खुद डेमोग्राफी बदलती है। यहां कोई डेवलपमेंट के ख़िलाफ़ नहीं हैं बल्कि ब्लाइंड डेवलपमेंट के ख़िलाफ़ हैं, एक टेंडर कंडीशंस को तोड़ने के ख़िलाफ़ हैं, पेड़ काटने के ख़िलाफ़ हैं, जबकि यह साफ़-साफ़ कहा गया था कि पेड़ काटना अलाउड नहीं है। अगर सरकारी कागज़ों में लिखे नियमों को इतनी आसानी से नज़रअंदाज़ किया जा रहा है। एक पेड़ मां के नाम लगवाया तो अब माताओं को क्यों कटवा रही है ये सरकार??? #SaveRaika #Jammu #DevelopmentWithJustice
