@RndmBerryArtist Don’t worry about your involvement in the scene and worry more about how you feel making art. As much as there is an audience, you make this stuff for yourself, to a degree. I feel like these types of dialogues should be navigated more in the self, as it is you that creates art.

Genuinely the hardest part of being a NSFW artist is the lack of critical feedback. Its extremely difficult to get any input that isn't praise of some sort, which is nice but doesn't give you much direction for improvement. Its hard to know at times what you need to be doing.

i think more kink artists should be doing observational figure drawing on a regular basis. not that you need to approach realism necessarily, but to stop guessing at how things are supposed to look on a body. quickposes dot com is a great starting place, in person is better
