Kids need to realize every division is fast. P5, D1 mid major, juco, D2, NAIA all of them. So before you say you’re too good for a division pull up the national results. If your time isn’t winning 🥇 humble yourself and go to the school that wants you & will get you a degree.

Yearly PNTRACK tradition: Everyone gets two t-shirts, one with outdoor school records on the back, the other with indoor records. And, not just varsity records. FS and freshman records too. Our t-shirts are present at every meet. Did you break a record? Check the t-shirt!

"Discipline-this is a word that we take for granted. There's no way you can accomplish what you want to accomplish in life if you're not disciplined. You're going to have to involve discipline to go to the next level." Talent is required, but discipline divides good from great.

Babies whine to get what they want. They feel powerless so they cry. Complaining is an adult from of crying. You feel powerless and whine but it doesn’t do any good. Implement the No Complaining Rule. No complaining unless you offer a solution. Now you’ll feel empowered.
