@I_Coach_Speed It’s really simple…if a kid doesn’t want to be here, wish them luck at wherever they land and move on. Then honestly evaluate yourself to figure out why that kid left your program. Grass is greener thinking is prevalent today but if it’s you and a lack of results…CHANGE!

I have a question. Over the years, I’ve noticed that the HS track coaches with command and control leadership styles are most likely the same ones who don’t want to sign the PAPF form either lol. Your program, run it how you please, so why not let the athlete leave freely?

@AngryHalfMiler Whatever needs to be done to start the process, I’m all in. Video could have possibly overturned a judgement call that cost us a wild card spot in 2023. At this point it’s laughable that this hasn’t been instated.

We are in 2024 let’s unit the coaches and propose the use of video to make decision in cases like this or field events Coaches have to be all in for progressing our sport

College football coaches: how can you encourage and stress that kids run track but schedule college visits during crucial periods of track season? Make it make sense.

You’re saying since players are directly responsible for bringing in money to the institution they should receive a piece of the pie. I don’t disagree with that. But I don’t think that’s where Saban’s issue with NIL stems from.
