6 Months difference. And I'll share my progress again in another 6 months😎 I went from 50kg 1rm to now 80kg 1rm in benchpress. So I'm hoping to hit 100kg by the end of summer. Let's see how it goes!

I see this trend of people going «What is the one thing that is holding you back from doing x?» or «5 tips on y! - a thread» My question is: is this a genuine question/guidance you have for your audience? or is it being used to gain more exposure? I think it’s the latter..

I think that losing 2 games in a row puts you in loser's queue in any game that has a ranked system. Today I went Zen monk mode and kept perfect mental after 2 losses to see if it was real. I tried playing another game. I shouldn't have.

@krascsi I agree. But, it also depends on what needs to be worked on. There’s so many hours wasted on playlists/maps that is not specified for the game you’re playing. Just to throw an example out there: Why would you practice popcorn if you’re playing Valorant. When do you aim like that.

I sometimes wonder how good is it to try to replicate in-game situations in aimtrainers. I feel like unless it's something an AI can make based on one's recorded games specifically (like a whole training program based on wants and needs) it doesn't hold much value.
