Dear young athletes- keep this photo saved to your phone and show the next person who says you have to focus on one sport in HS. The amount of kids I’ve heard say “I can’t risk getting hurt” or “my coach won’t let me” drives me crazy. You get one shot to be a HS athlete. @YouthInc

@stanbedwell Do you prefer to call it to the field/boundary or just rep both looks so QB and WR understand spacing?

"What's your favorite variation of Mesh?" We only run the base concept out of 2-Back/3x1 & tag post-wheel as a change up on 3rd & long and in the redzone. Mesh has built-in answers for anything the defense will throw at you, no need to get too creative. Repetition > Variation

My #1 advice to H.S. Athletes 🗣️🗣️🗣️ You will never get a chance to be a kid again. Play all the sports. College bound or not. Play the sports. The day is coming where you will no longer be able to. Very Soon.
