Several coaches have shared that they hesitate to comment publicly because of concerns about backlash or ridicule from others. We want you to know that we are here to serve the coaches of this great state and to help be a voice for those who feel they do not have one. Our state is filled with outstanding coaches and men who want to see young people, our programs, and our profession continue to develop and grow. Good afternoon, SC FB Coaches As many of you know, we recently conducted a survey to better understand the current state of morale among football coaches in our state. Attached, you will find the survey results. The purpose of this survey was to identify areas where coaches believe improvement is needed and to help bring those concerns into the open in a constructive way. Our goal is not to criticize for the sake of complaining, but to work together in addressing issues that impact football coaches across the state. We appreciate everyone who took the time to participate, and we encourage those who did not to join the conversation moving forward. This survey is completely anonymous, so no one should have any concern about backlash or exposure for their responses.
