Linn-Mar pulled away late to beat C.R. Washington, 11-0, in the opener of the MVC doubleheader. Lions' starter Collin Streff went 6 1/3 scoreless innings in the win, striking out nine. Carson Recker came in to get the last two outs. They allowed just one runner to reach third.
