When every customer request feels important… I stop treating feedback as instruction And start treating it as signals – Is it a pattern or a one-off? – Which users are saying it? – Does it align with what we’re trying to move? Clarity comes from interpretation… not reaction

Patterns matter more than volume.

Not every request deserves a feature. Some deserve deeper understanding.
