@moizali Having more first names in Klaviyo as a property would also definitely help when calling Klaviyo segments using Consio, to be able to personalize each call opener with their name!

Axiom: First names in subject lines = higher open rates. Logical Conclusion: Higher Open rates should equal higher click through rates, and ultimately, higher revenue. Something @klaiyvo should do: guess first names. Abandoned Cart emails go to john.doe@gmail.com but they say "Hey there - buy my deodorant". Instead, Klaviyo should use AI to guess that the persons name is John and update my subject line to "Hey John - buy my deodorant". More personalization and revenue instantly. Won't work on 100% of emails, but it will on 50% and that will be huge. CC: @abialecki
