@ContainerStore, I just purchased the 10-Tier Rolling Shoe Rack, and it fo' Sho' should not have passed QA inspection. Non-slip coating uniformity as well as substrate corrosion issues were identified (see photo)... Not quite a sho(e)-in product...

If as a Developer you ARE going to put a walk-in closet in your apartment ... I'd highly recommend adding a closet system It significantly increases the functional size, is a clear market/comps differentiator and doesn't cost that much (This is ELFA from @ContainerStore)
