At a Kentucky horse farm, men battling addiction work, live and heal alongside thoroughbreds in a yearlong program called Stable Recovery, where caring for horses helps restore purpose, dignity and sobriety.

This is very sad news. I never met Jeff but he clearly loved horses, loved the sport and was an innovator who promoted this industry in everything he did. RIP Jeff.
