@FroznScythe I made this one on Krita, but it's just personal choice, all the three you mentioned are good for pixel art (although paint is very limited for big scenes)

@Pixlag Loved all these! They look just like official models but each one stylized in their own way! One tip I can give you is to chose light/shadow directions beforehand, they help a lot when texturing (this image can explain better than me) Excited to see more 👀
