This is a much bigger deal than the casual bettors will realize. Makes it way more difficult to be profitable in the long term. Will result in some going back to underground bookies or crossing the state line to MO

This is like an additional sales tax on groceries every time you take something out of your fridge and eat it or drink it. Could result in -110 bets become -130 or worse.
