Oh Saransh, so sorry to hear that, the whole system is flawed IRDAI would be taking bribe from the insurance companies and the whole bunch starting from minister to peon all are unable to do their work, the governing bodies such as IRDAI is hence ignoring patient/people concerns, thought Modi will fix things, but now looks like all are in cahoots

Humble request Telecom companies need to launch only Call recharge packs ( without mobile data), many poor and senior citizen don't need internet They end up paying high prices for recharges 🙏
