@abhijeet_dipke Waiver of the US treasury is for enabling shipping and insurance companies to trade/ship russian oil, waiver is not for a country to buy that oil. But for private companies/banks to ferry it and make transactions. Shipping and insurance skyrockets if there is no waiver
