Well, I did a thing. As some people know, I have been running a bit. And it’s ended up with ticking off one of the big ones from my bucket list. I’ve just completed the #ManchesterMarathon

The mindset change since becoming more informal and deliberate in developing myself has been really pleasing; I can feel it, and I notice it. It will help me build a stronger foundation for the next step. Onto the next 🤔 #mevsme #mindset #morethanhappy #development

Not felt great this week with the dreaded man-flu. However, I finished with a strong 12km run. Already a quarter of the way to my 1000 miles in a year total again #mindset #everythinghappensforareason 😄
