@SomeMortydude Definitely not the only one, it happens to me too and is very frustrating. Sometimes, the Brian just doesn’t want to cooperate. Is best to take a small break and try again later. Usually it helps a bit even if full focus isn’t there

Does anyone else who suffers from ADHD just get days or hours where you try to fucking focus on something but you just can't. is it just me? i'm trying to do something important and every minute i'm procrastinating and distracted by something, i try to focus on it but i keep losing attention...
