@PaulDechene Right. The comparison to larger cities with downtown arenas or just more vibrant downtowns also have people there. As a side note

@CreelmanKid Yup. Stevens pointed out the contexts were very different in that Sktoon's downtown is already pretty vibrant compared to ours. So they're considering it as a capstone project, not a foundation.

I liked how they characterized the result being split "three ways" on the subject of the arena location. That's only true if you consider "The Void" as a location. #yqrcc
