On top I have been stranded since yesterday it’s been over 15 hrs I’m stuck I. This bloody airport and your staff is saying we can’t do anything and I’m being u reasonable.

Hey @Delta, you stranded my family of 5—including little kids after a 2.5hr delay on VA4036 from London to Seattle on Jul 26. We missed our connection to SF (VA1903), and your staff did NOTHING. No hotel, no help, just “call 1800.” What kind of trash service is this? Disgraceful.
