I’ve been looking deeper into the Raydium / PumpSwap situation for OG Pumpfun tokens. Maybe I’m missing something (I’m not a dev), but there’s an interesting situation with early @Pumpfun projects. Tokens like BERT bonded before PumpSwap even existed, so their liquidity automatically migrated to Raydium pools. That liquidity now sits in Raydium pools that the communities themselves can’t realistically move or migrate, because it was created by the bonding mechanism. Which means today @Pumpfun earns zero from all that trading volume. A possible solution could be something like an “OG Pumpfun migration program.” For example: - identify OG Pumpfun tokens that launched before PumpSwap and are still actively trading - work together with Raydium to design a migration path for those pools - allow those projects to migrate liquidity into PumpSwap pools - activate creator fee routing for them after migration That way @Pumpfun and the communities could both benefit from trading fees again instead of everything staying on Raydium. Another possible path could be @Raydium introducing creator fee routing directly, allowing projects (especially CTO communities) to redirect part of trading fees to development wallets or community initiatives through a new contract. Right now liquidity from many early @Pumpfun projects is sitting on Raydium generating no revenue for pumpfun itself. Bringing OG projects back into the ecosystem could restore that revenue while also supporting the communities that helped build the early Pumpfun ecosystem before creator fees even existed. Without those early projects @Pumpfun probably wouldn’t be where it is today. This could be a real opportunity here for both the platforms and the OG communities and would create such a positive impact for the OGs, that helped build the ecosystem.
