@DeckHelmet Not impressed so far! Appt scheduled for 11a. Recd reminder text at 10a. “Jason” never showed. Customer service ph call is a joke. “Operator” puts you through a loop and never to any form of assistance. Ph # found on website is nothing but a life alert promotion.

Pretty annoyed with @Airbnb. Very poor customer service regarding an issue with a recent AirBnB experience. Also, received an email on 1/9 that I had two more days to leave a review of a recent stay and now- 2 days later- the link is dead. Not to worry. A review will be provided.
