So I'll repeat what I said in another tweet. This is not a defense of the message of the meme, but a condemnation of Nintendo and its fans for pushing the idea that stuff like this is illegal. Nintendo doesn't regularly get stuff removed because they have some magical legal protection that prevents them from being memed. They get it removed cause Joe Schmoe has to think of his livelihood when a legal document with Mario's face shows up in his mailbox so it's easier for him to cave them to fight one if the world's biggest companies. On one hand I hope Nintendo does sue the USA so maybe they'll finally get smacked out of court and chastised for their thousands upon thousands of toothless legal threats they make to fans on a weekly basis.

Of the 14,500 games released on Steam in 2025, Only THREE managed to do so, Battlefield 6, Monster Hunter: Wilds, and NBA 2K26.

Destiny 1 is no longer getting supported, D2 is getting dropped hard because fewer than 10,000 people on Steam alone play it. And Sony flat-out ran out of patience

@johnjacob00777 @SmashJT There is no spin. I cited the sources therein, and Bungie and Activision claimed as early as 2012 that Destiny was meant to have four games by 2023. They FAILED. Twice in fact. Because they stopped supporting Destiny 1 in 2017. And have lied about supporting Destiny 2 properly.
