I want to congratulate the AMA Leadership for proposing to award themselves a "Telephonic Per Diem" of $775 for 2 hours. At the same time, the AMA Board of Trustees OPPOSES that physicians get paid for prior authorization, as it looks 'bad" according to the AMA Leadership.
