@Dezaxe There is still a processing delay at the moment. Especially on Bitaxes, but the gap is closing. We are also trying to make this fact clearer on the website itself, a Bitaxe now shows a "pre-order" button while an S9 shows "order" for example.

@DCentralTech Can we start giving out our affiliate promo codes again or would it be too early?

@feline_toshi @Ctrlbreak We thought we would move faster than we did. We thought we could scale faster and get back to comms once everything was settled... We got a reality check and now we are facing the music. Scaling is happening though and we've been shipping more, every week, for weeks.

@DCentralTech @Ctrlbreak Funny, still accepting new orders and accepting people's money didn't seem to be a problem during this communication blackout. Weird? Almost like you were using that money to float your company through "unprecedented" times. Super transparent.

@Ctrlbreak @feline_toshi Lack of communication has been a problem and today is one of many steps we are taking to address and resolve this issue.

@feline_toshi @DCentralTech Yeah, that's not acceptable (especially the no comms part). If you have documentation of the attempts to communicate and it's been more than a month, a CC company will almost immediately authorize a charge back (if that was the payment method).

@Ctrlbreak That's perfectly fine. Unlike most retailers, our model is made-to-order production, with customization. This allows us to offer unique, pleb mining rigs, but it does mean we bill at order placement. We’re transparent about this and working hard on improving turnaround times.

@DCentralTech Then I can no longer support your business. You can't bill customers and take their money without shipping product within a very tight turnaround. More than 24 hours is a deal breaker. You bill the money when you ship the product. This isn't a kickstarter. 👎

@feline_toshi We are aware of this and we are ashamed of it, which has made our communication difficulties worse. But we have improved deliveries and production every week, we have done more and more every week, and we will continue to improve and do more and more things going forward.

@DCentralTech How you handled 2024 "test" has shredded your credibility.

@Ctrlbreak Yes and and we have the things in stock, but we build them as orders gets in. Given our relatively small scale and means, it will remain this way.

@DCentralTech I'm a previous (and hopefully future) customer who's recommended your business to others. I'm anxious to place another order any day now, but it *absolutely* hinges on the answer to the following question: Are you still billing customers prior to actually shipping product?
