Sweeping out, tidying/organising and painting in the barns the last two days. Always needs doing from time to time. Rainfall total for the last 2 days 46mm!!!

Great turnout of around 65 - 70 for our ‘Evening with the Pros’ on all things golf + ‘pub grub’ in the interval. Thanks to our PGA Team - David, James, Ryan and Ashleigh (and Dan!) 👏👏👏

Forecast looked OK when we ordered the turf!! We were keen to get this done before the end of the year. In house refurb, totally stripped to sub base, new drains, 60t of rootzone, leveled and finally the turf, 500m2. 5th tee done 👍

Harrowden Hall - home of Wellingborough Golf Club 🎄

Not looking to bad for mid November. Lots going on and lots of effort going in. All us greenstaff ask is everyone respects the course, repair your pitch marks or any you find, put your divots back and adhere to the signage.

5th tee reconstruction under way. Path on 7th tee was removed and spoil from tee used as infill. This will will be seeded and dressed out. This is our sixth tee reconstruction done in house saving thousands and each one we do we are getting better and it's great to be involved in

Half a day of final prep, which was adding bit more material, pro core to help the turf shoot roots and a final grade. Then a day and half of laying turf, 650m2 . Came out really well, brilliant effort from everyone.

All the ditches getting cleaned up. Love this time of year and the work it brings but you feel your up against the clock with the weather! We have loads on, tee reconstructions, so much aeration to do, sanding,to name a few. All on top of mowing and the dreaded leaves are coming!
