I’m a big believer that there are different types of NBA coaches. Jamahl Mosley is a very good development coach who can work with young players and build a culture, but I don’t think he can go on a deep playoff run. He’s not a win-now coach you want leading a contender.

Orlando has to get Franz Wagner more involved. Three shots in the half? Even if he's not right, he's got to get more looks than that. I'd say to run stuff to make things easier for him, but we all know that's just yelling into the void at this point.

We should have fired Mosley when it was clear in October that the team tuned him out. But I get why they didn't. That's a short leash. We should have fired Mosley on January 26th when we went through another bad stretch where we went 9-13. But I get why they didn't.
