@JiuJitsuJournal Less cat, more cow. Interesting.. Presumably the principle would apply when applying pressure from top turtle before trying to take the back? Tripod the legs but use a convex pressure on the upper body? Thanks for the pointers. 🤙Will give it a go during sparring this week.

@DataProHeaux When we create that Convex pressure, we use our sternum and ribs as pressure points. In Mount it's more of your sternum. In Side Control, I use the lower portion of my ribs into theirs utilizing my hands as anchors or for base as needed.

This is one of my students, Brent.. This man is tiny but he has learned how to apply a rare kind of pressure. It's become so impressive to watch, I love seeing him tormenting others. 😈 #Bjj #JiuJitsu #BJJTwitter

BJJ is taking over everything. Going to training, training, weight training for training...styling my hair for training, washing hair and laundry from training, icing strains and stretching from training.... 😑🥋

Hard day at work. Go to the gym, roll, ... even harder 😍💪😩🥋
