Hi. Having DNS internet issues in Palmerstown. Can access some sites like X/Twitter and google.com but not others like google.ie. Apple TV not working for me either @VirginMediaIE

@VirginMediaIE Hi Monica. This is not a connectivity issue that will be solved by reconnect cables. I've got a connection just half the internet is not available.

@David__Colton So sorry to hear this David. Can you unplug your modem for roughly 1 minute and plug it back in. Can you also check that your cables are secure at the coaxial connection in the back of your modem and at your wall point. ^Monica
