Narrative and positioning are not the same thing.   A narrative is a story you tell about what is happening, DeFi summer was a narrative, the NFT boom was a narrative. AI plus crypto is a narrative right now.   Positioning is a specific claim about who you are for and why you are different. It does not change with the cycle. It does not follow the trend. It stays true whether the market is up or down.   Most Web3 projects have a narrative. Very few have real positioning.   You can tell the difference immediately. Ask a team: who is this for? A narrative answer sounds like: 'everyone who believes in decentralization.' A positioning answer sounds like: 'crypto traders with 3 or more wallets who have no savings structure and keep round-tripping their profits.' Thats @DecaneWallet by the way   One of those answers tells you exactly who to talk to, what to say, and how to measure whether your marketing is working. The other one tells you nothing useful at all.   Narrative may get you attention but Positioning converts it.   If your marketing is getting reach but not users, the problem is most likely you have a narrative and not a position.

Pocket also avails users the ability to SAVE with every transfer carried out.
