@VirginMediaIE Is there an outage in Cork City this morning? No TV, no broadband. Usually troubleshooting hasn't helped.

@VodafoneIreland How long does it take to close an order? I need to add a 2nd Super WiFi Extender to my account but I keep getting told I can't while I have an open order, my install was last week. My Vodafone TV isn't working because I need that extender.
