If we do that, then your company will have just stolen €1000 from us, without any support, explanations, or refund. It's disgraceful

@kiwicom247 Still no response from the twitter team, still not able to get through to their customer 'care' team, still no booking confirmation despite paying for our flights 2 days ago and our flight is tomorrow. What an absolute scam!
