Recruits: If your HS coach is telling you to visit D2 and D3 schools, it’s not because they don’t believe in you, it’s because they want you to be able to find a home to play. If you are a JR with no offers going into the summer, the likelihood of a D1 school offering is slim

I train FOOTBALL PLAYERS that Run track, not track only athletes. The goal is to run 10.7-10.9 because this is the benchmark for college scouts. I don’t do block starts and all that stuff, I focus on the form, drive phase, and acceleration!! AD ran 11.1 with no drive, it’s coming

Jst wht the kids need to fall in love with track again! Ths will be great w coaches tht love the sport. Running track helps every sport. So don’t be told u cnt do it! There’s something in Track & Field for everybody! U hv never heard any coach say "they’re just too fast for this"
