@trainwjc @BBiomechanics I love it. I’m a youth basketball coach. I’ve coached from 4th grade all the way up to 12th grade. I’m always willing to learn and I love the way you guys look at the game. Is there any way I can learn more?

I am a Coach @BBiomechanics and we Coach players based on assessment. Everyone has limiting factors, how do we overcome them? Every player is made of 4 systems that all matter in live games. 1. Vision - what do their eyes do under pressure? On decelerations? As they go to collect the ball? 2. Movement - are they able to use posture change to deceive defenders? can they access full foot contact or are they consistently on mid foot? why does this even matter? how do you make a player move better in two weeks so he reduces the risk of a non-contact injury? 3.Relationship with the ball - can they handle the ball against pressure while keeping their eyes up? can they handle the ball outside their frame? And keep it tight. And change cadence. And vary how high or low they dribble the ball. How long it’s in their hands. 4. Shooting Calibration Can they knock down a shot when they haven’t touched a ball in 10 minutes and just check in the game and take a corner three at a flat ball flight. Then 3 possessions later take one off the handle stepping back to your left? - can they knock down shots off the catch 1-2 steps, bounds in every direction, off the hop, fading, drifting Off the dribble - when a defender goes under the screen? Is that pattern within their movement bandwidth? Can they go trail leg over and under in the 3? Can they catch the ball at various location and still get the shot off In .6? Where are the misses? When they aren’t “squared up”? When their “off-balance”? Holding their follow through or not? Let’s find out. Let’s address the problems with individual adaptability looking through a specific lens of criteria to provide a solution. INDIVIDUALS ADAPTABILITY DRIVES TOTAL TEAM OFFENSIVE AND DEFENSIVE OUTPUT We don’t just tell you what you need to work on, we will give you specific METHODS to overcome them immediately

What are college programs doing to actually develop players? Let’s say you spent 3 million on a player and hypothetically they don’t perform to their valuation. Then they leave after 9 months. Then you have to do it all over again the next off season. How long can this market last? What about developing the same qualities that makes a player with that amount within multiple guys on your roster. BB Code solves this.

Know who to screen is the #1 coverage solution in basketball. Do you teach players in 1 simple play like Ram Spain PNR to identify who to screen and what are the cues that trigger that decision? Here is an example ⤵️

High Point ran one of the most efficient offenses in the country this season — and these possessions were built entirely on 3-on-3 reads and decision-making. This is what college-level basketball IQ looks like in action, and it’s exactly what coaches are evaluating when they pull up your film or see recruits play live. Train your reads, not just your skills.

Tired of aggressive defenses blowing up your ball screens? The Short Action is the ultimate counter. By hitting the cutter early, you punish the hedge and release the screener for easy looks. See it in action here:👇youtu.be/QrAquJQYyi0

NFL players often mention the Dallas Cowboys before heading into contract negotiations to create a faux bidding war so they get a bigger deal. I'm starting to wonder if 5-star QBs commit to Georgia for the same reason, to use it as leverage for bigger NIL deals elsewhere.

How strong is the Kemon Spell #GoDawgs commitment? It was worth a trip to snowy Pennsylvania to hear it straight from the 5-star. Spell has seen the comments on social media. He shared several mic-drop takes on exactly what "commitment" means to him. bit.ly/SpelltalksUGAc…

Gregg Popovich said, “It’s your job to make me play you.” Playing time is earned. A victim mindset says…I didn’t play because coach doesn’t like me. A winning mindset says…I didn’t play because I haven’t earned it yet. Don’t be a victim.

Steph Curry with a great message here about affecting the game, even when you don’t stat “If it’s not your night stat wise, whether you play two, 10, 20 minutes, come with the right energy.” A winner is a winner, no matter how many minutes they play

@StevenNorton33 @BenjaminSWatson This is such a tired, worn out borrowed take. When kids chose where to go based on championships won and loyalty to their home team, the SEC won a lot of recruiting battles. When they just decide based on NIL, non-SEC teams have a chance. Who are the ones buying players?
