Rory Gaan negative splits his way to a 2 second PR in the 3200 at Arcadia. He is back tomorrow in the mile. His 9:09.37 puts him #2 all time in school history.

Nate Wehner (9:24.94) and Barak Goldstein (1:56.15) were part of a great @hprunning XC team this past fall. Excited to host them again #letsgo

Landon Harris (Granite City) set the IESA on fire last spring and has already run 4:23.35 as a freshman. He'll step up into the Main Event at Distance Night #letsgo

Kate Foltz (Tuscola) has PRs of 5:03.66/10:53.22 and placed 2nd in the Class 1A 3200 meters last spring along with 3rd in Class 1A XC this past fall. Excited to have her and to see her run @ArcadiaInvite this weekend!

Proud to have Nicole Poglitsch (5:09.17/11:08.34), Coach Rob Harvey, and the @tigerxctf girls with us again. Many thanks to Rob for helping start this meet in 2016!

Jackson Barrett (9:15.72), Josiah Hortin (4:18.51), Will Foltz (4:21.63) and the @tuscolaxc boys took the Class 1A XC world by storm and won a state title this past fall. Beyond excited to see them take on the big school runners at DNiP 2024! #letsgo
