@SolBloody_Talon @HooperStanly Can you please do a speed test to see if the issue is resolved? We're receiving reports from customers that the issue is resolved however we're still waiting on a confirmation from the carrier.

@SirLongpaw Hello, Some of our cable internet customers in Ontario were affected by network congestions, but they have now been resolved.  To regain full functions of your service, you may powercycle all your equipment. If you still have technical issues please call us at 1-877-810-2877.

@DistributelHelp Ahem. Since July 14 service has been down. My ability to communicate shouldn't be on hold because you sold out to Bell. I consider this to be bully marketing at this point. Sooooo...no real update on your site. Outage is going to be days? weeks? months? *pissed off paws*

Hi @CRTCeng have you received any outage reports from @Distributel (specifically their VOIP service) for Ontario? Our phone service has been down for over a week, their @DistributelHelp is NO help. Have they filed an Outage Report yet?

@DistributelHelp I have had issues with my internet for about a week now with very little assistance having waited on hold for over an hour each and every call. In the end I was told to go look up solutions online or find someone else to help me. #CustomerService #helpme

So disappointed in @DistributelHelp - I’ve been waiting for almost a month for the service to get turned on, the Customer Service Reps, have no answers and Technical Support isn’t supportive more than “unplug” “replug” - very bad first impression🤦🏾‍♂️ #IKNOWFRANZ
