@IKEAUSA I've been told by Oskar, agent 3, that all I can do after he tells me I've been "lied to" is to file a complaint, which result in punishing in the call center agents, but in no way helps me. And that if I had driven 500 mi round trip I would have left without item. Bad.

@IKEAUSA On hold with the 3rd call center agent, who tells me the first two lied to me about 1) today being a restock; 2) that a 'resolution agent' actually can't help me; And no way to order a delivery from a store unless I drive 250 mi to order deliver in person. Bad service.
