I did my first JAMB in SSS2 and scored 215, good enough for my course, but was told, “You’re too young for a federal uni.” I applied to Unilorin the following year, but never saw a rejection or congratulatory email. While my friends celebrated matriculation, I went back to work, hustled, and 2 weeks before JAMB, I studied hard including the year novel and scored 230, meeting the requirements. 2 weeks to OOU post-UTME, I switched to study mode again and secured 84%. Since then, I’ve never looked back on academic excellence. Don’t give up ooooooooo. Your success is closer than you think.

In October 2024, this brother who just started 100 level messaged me. He was having difficulties with Chemistry. I gave him some general advice that would help any serious student. He thanked me. I had actually forgotten about it. Then one year later, he reached out again to thank me. He scored A in all three Chemistry courses he took in 100 level. That made me very happy. When I checked his CGPA, I saw 4.43. I became so excited that I made the promise in the second picture. I told him I would refund his tuition if he could push his CGPA into first class. I also promised to keep paying his tuition until he graduates, as long as he maintains first class. He just messaged me yesterday. His CGPA has now gone above 4.5. I felt a real rush of happiness. Then I remembered the promise. Anyway, we do not go back on our word here. The promise still stands.
