Ces accords visent à financer des projets d'appui au Centre du Genre,à l'Unité de Préparation et de Développement de Projets(PPDU),à l'Agence Régionale pour l'Agriculture et l'Alimentation(ARAA) et au Centre pour les Énergies Renouvelables(ECREEE)et l'appui Institutionel #CEDEAO.
